The location was excellent for exploring. the staff helped with dining advice, it was good advice! the breakfast selection included nicely made omelets and prosecco. the hotel's traditional italian decor was lovely. The air conditioning worked well.

The location was ideal! The Piazza and Arena were a short walk away. I also appreciated the easy walk from the train station. Check-in was smooth at the ground floor reception.
My room was old and needed updating. There was an unpleasant smell of old space. The room was not the freshest.

I appreciated the central location near the Arena. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The shower was good and the room had a fridge. I could easily walk to many places from this hotel.

The location was good. It was very central, and the staff seemed friendly enough.
The room I had felt very dated and worn. Some of the furniture looked pretty old (it's time to refresh it). I found the breakfast to be subpar, with limited options and the quality wasn't great. I stayed for several nights and felt a little let down by the end.

The hotel is centrally located near the main square.
The room was quite dated and really needs a refresh. The furniture felt old. I also found the noise from the street noticeable, especially early in the morning. It was hard to keep the windows open.

The room felt quite cramped. Two people could NOT really store their luggage comfortably (we had two suitcases). I REALLY disliked that the soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms.
